Project Planning, Steering and Liaison

International Policy Advising serves as a sort of "branch office" to numerous international projects in need of periodic or spontaneous support in the areas of:

• planning (project design, proposal formulation, "pipeline management", reprogramming)
• steering (in particular expert recruitment and contracting, as well as material procurement and delivery, monitoring & evaluation, impact analysis, and reporting), and
• liaison (facilitation of communication with international organizations, research institutes, public sector bodies and non governmental organizations including the private sector).

Within so-called "twinning arrangements" (i.e. partnerships between institutions in the EU and institutions in candidate states, aiming to ensure the fulfillment of the acquis communautaire), International Policy Advising provides technical expertise and organizational support to ensure the speedy establishment and smooth operation of East-West co-operation in the European context.

International Policy Advising provides office and training seminar facilities in Cologne to visiting experts and trainees.

We also offer professional translation and interpreting services in many European and non European languages.
